Located in Chesterfield, Virginia, about 20 miles west of Richmond, RIVER ROAD KENNELS is a modern facility catering to Labrador Retrievers and their owners.  Specializing in training duck and goose hunting dogs, we offer several programs to enable you and your retriever  to work together for a successful day in the field or blind. We limit our  training to 12 dogs and their owners to ensure each retriever gets the individual attention necessary to be the best they can be.

                     Gun Dog Training - Preparing your retriever and you for both

                                                    hunting and field hunt tests

 

                     Obedience Training - Basic and advanced training available

                     Started Dogs - Trained dogs ready to go hunting

                   Puppies - Bred from hunting stock and field trial

                                   champions in the AKC and UKC programs
